Our 200-hour Teacher Training courses fulfill this mission by offering the aspiring or continuing yoga teacher a sound foundation in the principles of yoga theory and practice, daoist and TCM  philospohies, traditional medicines and a true understanding of the body, mind, and spirit.

We bridge the ancient wisdom of yoga and traditional chinese medicine with a modern and thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology, functional movement, and natural health and wellness practices to create a program that honors the body, mind, and spirit in the healing art and medicine of yoga. Our curriculum provides each student with the knowledge and tools to begin leading groups of all levels and to continue on the path of yoga with humble confidence.
